Matthijs Kruk is a psychologist who started Mind Your Sex as a vehicle for men to increase a more healthy relationship with their sexuality (www.mindyoursex.nl). He works with men who get stuck in their sexual behavior and who want to break this pattern.

To get the stigma off the phenomenon 'sex addiction' Matthijs wrote a book (in Dutch: 'Lust als last'). Also he produced a podcast with the same title to give in insight to the inner worlds of men for whom their lust has become a big part of their life (www.lustalslast.nl).
