MyNintendo Rewards Store won't let me add rewards to my cart, PLEASE HELP!

Every time I try to add something to my cart, it just refuses to do it, and I don't know why.
I just want to cash in my Platinum Points and get the new rewards, but the site simply won't let me. I hope to god this problem gets fixed before the new rewards are all sold out!
