Landslide Pushed into My Road. Can I Fix It?

In this video, I have a bit of an issue with a section of hillside along the road back to our retreat. It appears over the winter, a section of the hill slipped down into the road and blocked my ditch line causing water to run everywhere. Hopefully, using the tractor will be enough to fix it.
