Shane Konrad / Webster, NY Police Department. DoucheBag as he is known by in the Village of Webster, NY gives the middle finger to a Cameraman exposing him for filing false police reports. Scared, Confused, and in 20 years never having a camera in his face, this POS coproach wishes he NEVER called out Tony Amaru's Father in Las Vegas. Like CandyMan, he said His name 3 times and He appeared. :) In their faces with our cameras and calling all bluffs these cop roaches scatter like bugs being sprayed with Raid. :)
