Special request candied orange peels

Peel oranges
boil water add orange peels boil for 15 minutes
drain add 2 cups water 2 cups sugar bring to boil then simmer for 1 hour
let oranges sit for about 1/2 hour
drain put on tray and bake on 200 to 250 for one hour
then enjoy.
