My Greatest Creation Ever BBQ Lasagna #foodcoma 🇺🇲+🇮🇹

Welcome to our latest fusion recipe – BBQ lasagna! This dish is a delicious twist on traditional lasagna, combining the flavors of BBQ with classic Italian ingredients. We start with a rich and creamy béchamel sauce, which we layer with cheddar, mozzarella, provolone, and parmesan cheeses. Next, we add in some Texas-style smoked brisket and Italian sausage for a hearty and flavorful filling. Finally, we top it off with caramelized onions for a sweet and savory finish. Bechamel Sauce
1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
1.5 cups of whole milk
2 TBSP kosher salt (or to taste)
2 TBSP fresh ground black pepper
2 tsp of msg
1/4 tsp fresh ground nutmeg
1/4 cup of each of the following :
Piconing
Sharp Chedder
Pizza Blend (mozzarella, provolone)
Parmesan

BBQ Sauce Ingredients :
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup chopped sweet white onions
3 OZ of Midnight Moonshine
2 sticks of cinnamon or 2 tsp Ground
2 cups ketchup
1/2 stick of unsalted butter
2 large Honeycrisp apples chopped
3 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp Allspice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp of worcestershire
1/2 tsp Wright's liquid smoke
2 TBSP Molasses
1 tsp spicy brown mustard
1/2 ground black pepper

Brisket Dry Rub
Dry Rub
50 grams kosher salt
80 grams black pepper
40 grams lawry's seasoning salt
