Please help Stittsville from Taggart Destruction, this is excessive, chronic and harmful

Taggart Construction shredded thousands of trees on a heritage site that backed behind my home and the homes of hundreds of other people. This was never in the city plans to be touched and they exploited a pandemic, and have been blasting, drilling, operating large cranes, bulldozers and dumtrucks off my fence for a year now. I am a female combat arms veteran who has been to war, lost my boyfriend overseas by an IED, and have conducted conduct after capture training when I was in the special forces, and there was noise torture involved. The are aggravating my injuries daily, before 7am and on weekends, and even the night before remembrance day, were out past 9pm. I live alone, they have used thier whistles to harass and target me, they damaged my window, have taken pictures and videos of me, I have not been able to be in my yard for a year and its ove
