Wind-up Council tax lady - "Clear it for the year", & Christopher Pincher

Phone call to Tamworth Borough Council, wind-up Council tax lady a little and talk about bullying tactics used and corruption. Also complaint reply letter from Tamworth PM Christopher Pincher (before he resigned) dated 13th October 2021.
I was only joking with the council tax lady ("Clear it for the year"), but the council tax bill is no joke.
