Ingredients and preparation:
Cucumber Pineapple Ginger Lemon Weight Loss Drink Recipe.
Pour water into a clean recipient.
Add baking soda and wash 1 cucumber.
Chop the cucumber and add it to a blending jar.
Peel and chop 1/2 a pineapple.
Add the pineapple to the jar.
Peel and chop 2-3 pcs of ribbed celery.
Add the chopped celery to the blending jar.
Extract the juice of half a lemon.
Pour the lemon juice into the jar.
Peel and chop a tbsp. of fresh ginger.
Add the chopped ginger into the blending jar.
Add 5 to 6 mint leaves into the mix.
Pour water and blend.
