Ukrainian President Volodymyr was greeted by whistles, cheers and a standing ovation from American lawmakers as he arrived at the US Capitol in Washington for an address on Wednesday, December 21. Zelensky reassured lawmakers that the aid provided to Ukraine was being handled responsibly. “Your money is not charity.
