Why Meditation 1st Thing in the Morning?

I've been meditating for 12 years, and have found that the morning is the most productive time for meditation.

Why the morning?

Two specific reasons. It all comes down to how the mind and body is built.

Once you understand the mechanics of the body (the unconscious mind) and it's natural rhythms, you will begin to look forward to your morning meditation.

Your biology leaves clues, and that's what I will cover in this weeks update: WHY we want to meditate in the morning and HOW we want to do it so that are enjoying beautiful creation rituals that get immediate results and look forward to every morning.
