Putin congratulates Netanyahu on forming government

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Israeli Prime Minister-designate Benjamin Netanyahu said on a Thursday phone call that they will continue to develop Russian-Israeli relations, according to the Kremlin's readout of the call. Putin called to congratulate Bibi Netanyahu on his successful forming of an Israeli government.
