You wont believe how good this recipe is. It is a classic in my family and much loved favorite recipe

1 egg
1 extra egg white
1 1/2 c cream cheese
1/2 c sugar
1tsp. vanilla
Melt the best chocolate over the top
for the crust I used short bread cookies with melted butter
