    Actually, there is no such thing as 'FE vs Spherical math;' there is just math. Physics, on the other hand, does have several different fields, one of which is applied and the other is theoretical. As for examining the FE 'proofs:' all -- and I mean ALL -- of those proofs have 'problems.' The 'spherical' folks can provide very plausible, consistent and coherent counters which appear to match experimental observation. So, where the FE has 'proven' SE wrong; SP has 'proven' FE wrong. This is because math is a subset of logic, which means, like logic, it is neutral: I can make it say anything I want it to say. It's all in the assumptions I use when I set up the equations.
