New outbreak - what does it mean?

Guys i, am showing you Mankind that there has been an outbreak of AVIAN INFLUENZA sometimes can be called as AI, in the video i, have used AI in terms of Artificial Intelligence as the government / governmental agency did not specify on what they mean by AI.

Oxford Dictionary does say as AI is "short for"
