Biggest Hesitation

What are some of the hesitations that you found that people have when they're trying to decide if they want to be self-employed?

Or if they want to keep that steady job. The big hesitation is the security of the paycheck. It's really hard to let go of the paycheck. Especially since we have been in troubled times over the last few years with the pandemic.
There's not great news about the economy and some veins. There is good news about the economy and other veins. It's that consistent paycheck. Sometimes if you're really in a bad situation, or in a toxic environment, or if you really, really do just one day decide you need to pursue your passion. I need to do this. Then it really is worth making that leap and taking that risk into entrepreneurship.
