Tokyo: Indian defence minister Rajnath Singh meets Japanese counterpart

India and Japan are holding the second part of a 2+2 meeting between the defence and foreign ministers of the two sides. Indian defence minister Rajnath Singh met his Japanese counterpart in Tokyo today. WION correspondent Siddhant Sibbal brings details.
