Capricorn Season Enters - Summer Solstice 2022
December 21st @7.13pm AEST

2023 is going to be quite a turbulent and unpredictable year.
Full of fire energy! Full of transformation and initiations as we move into more and more consciousness.

The first meditation i did is called
“the stream of letting go “… to heal, to clear and lighten stress, as we delight and embrace this very magical moment as the Earth moves through this solstice passage.

Because the summer/winter solstice is the reversal of the sun's ebbing in the sky, in ancient times it was seen as the symbolic death and rebirth of the sun or of a sun god

The second meditation I did was for Ra the Sun God in honour of this very important solstice time!

Both are coded with a vibrational frequency to heal & release through the sound of my voice. Like hypnosis.

They consist of an astrology outline and a guided visual story to calm and empower. To heal clear and nurture, Both are less the 10min, they really are helpful particularly at this rather intense somewhat perplexing time, many feeling and running in many directions. Time to gain some tools.
