Here is my grandmothers recipe that makes quick and easy sourdough. This recipe has no kneeding. It is a make it and leave it type of bread. This bread is the best tasting bread I have ever had in my entire life. My family raves about how amazing this bread is.

Starter Recipe:
3 Packages Yeast or 7 1/2 tsp Yeast
1 Cup Warm Water

Place in the fridge for 3-5 days after making and let it sit. Feed again after 3-5 days After feeding another feeding you can make bread or put it back in the fridge. The sourdough flavor gets better with age. The older your starter is the better the taste will be.
