What does the Constitution say about policing?
Unfortunately, there have been incidents of police officers making grave errors on the job, even if completely without malice in regards to violating someone's rights, and not acting within the Constitution.
If you lose perspective and/or fail to regularly implement the knowledge of Constitutional Policing, then it can be like other skills in law enforcement...perishable. Let's prevent that!

So in this video, I talk with one of the country's best police legal instructors, Zachary Miller.

0:00 Intro
1:57 Enough quality legal training?
2:35 Asking for ID or Demanding ID?
3:52 People can be rude, then what?
4:42 Filming the police
6:01 Frisk and/or search
9:00 Additional advice from Zach

We could have talked a lot longer, but this will be a summary of some hot topics.
