AZ: Approximately 300 migrants are waiting to self surrender to border patrol agents here in Yuma. A bus already left with roughly 50 migrants.

Migrants I talked to are from Georgia, Cuba and Mexico. They tell me they knew a policy was ending today that allowed them to cross.
