Time to bring back the Bonnie?

With China beginning construction of it's 4th Aircraft Carrier and Japan converting 2 Destroyers from Helicopter Carriers to Light Carriers things are heating up in the Pacific. Should Canada build a Light Aircraft Carrier for it's Pacific Fleet?
