This Twitch Streamer was just really really mean.
Twitch can easily become a platform for viewers to “trauma dump” on streamers if boundaries aren’t set. Trauma dumping is when a person overshares difficult emotions and thoughts with others, in a potentially intrusive and harmful way.
But recently, Twitch user MissNerdyCurvy returned to Twitch after the loss of their mother and headed to a chat that she used to frequent regularly.
When streamer, WeFoundTheBody asked her where she had been, she shared the sad news and WeFoundTheBody showed a complete lack of empathy and began to lecture and belittle her about sharing the news of her loss.
