Ukraine proposes its Peace Formula while Russia only talks about a ceasefire to build up forces

Dec 21, 2022 Putin prepares Russia for the war of attrition – as believed by the CIA experts. Both American and Ukrainian officials have many times stated – Russian 'peace talks' are only to get an operational pause in hostilities and gather resources for a new strike against Ukraine. While on the other hand, Ukraine has offered a Peace Formula of 10 steps, which include: nuclear, food and energy security, the implementation of the UN Charter, the withdrawal of Russian troops and a complete stop of hostilities, Ukraine will restore control over its sovereign borders of 1991.
