Putin says situation in illegally annexed parts of Ukraine ‘extremely difficult’

The Russian president goes on to say the situation in the illegally annexed parts of Ukraine, Donetsk and Luhansk, is 'extremely difficult' and ordered security services to ensure the safety of people living there.
