The lawsuit between Gibson and Dean Guitars is over! Who won? Technically Gibson won... but not in the way that they had hoped. This lawsuit was about the Flying V, Explorer, and SG body shapes, and whether or not Dean Guitars infringed on Gibson's intellectual property rights.
