José also shares his work with Jazz Musician composer, bandleader & playwright Fred Ho (侯维翰 August 10, 1957 – April 12, 2014), Taijiquan Master Pen Guah Yi New York's master of Chen Taiji (Chen Taijiquan 陳式 太極拳) first disciple to grandmaster Chen Xiaowang and teacher of Punk Rock icon Lou Reed. This leads into an illuminating conversation about the differences and commonalities between kung fu styles Hung Ga Kuen (洪家拳) and the various styles of Tai Chi.
