Dr. Yusuf (JP) Saleeby says it may be too soon to tell whether new variants are causing long COVID more than previous variants. Dr. Keith Berkowitz says he is not seeing too many cases of long COVID now in those with first infections of COVID-19. Both doctors note the importance of early treatment in preventing long COVID.
