Maple Glazed Ham | Pit Boss 1600 | Ham Recipe
Ingredients -
6.27 Pound Spiral Sliced Boneless Ham
Yellow Mustard
Killer Hogs - The BBQ Rub - https://amzn.to/3dmP4w8
Maple Syrup
Pure Crystal Cane Sugar
Rub ham down with the yellow mustard as the binder.
Add the Killer Hogs - The BBQ Rub to the outside and the end.
Fire up Pit Boss 1600 Elite to 275 Degrees
Place Ham in Pit Boss once grill temperature reaches 275 degrees and add temperature probe.
Once ham gets to 130 degrees internal prepare the Maple Glaze.
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup mixed with Pure Crystal Cane Sugar ( To you taste )
Add the Maple Glaze to the whole outside of the ham.
Let it keep cooking until internal temperature reaches 140-145 Degrees then pull off of Pit Boss and let rest covered with foil for around 10 minutes. And slice it up and have a great lunch or dinner.
