This the band "Sparks" with a performance on UKTV in Glasgow from 1996.
The song is "Now That I Own The BBC", which was released as the third single from their 16th studio album "Gratuitous Sax & Senseless Violins"
Fabulous title, and a great song too.
The Mael Brothers cooking up a storm as usual, with Christi Haydon behind on drums/percussion.

The original upload of this track is from the Channel of ScottishTeeVee and has an intro and outro section which I trimmed here.
