Camel Pose is especially important if you have a desk job where you might be hunched over your desk for a significant time each day. The shoulders eventually begin to round, causing poor posture - along with a whole host of problems to suit.
This video shares how to get into Camel posture gradually, working on your shoulders, neck, and chest mobility. Tendon flexibility, joint movement, and reverse spine flexion help keep your torso and chest in proper alignment for a more upright posture.
