What do people really expect form aliens when they come out publicly?

All we hear in all the UFO conferences is about what aliens are going to do when they get here. (help us) to do what? Most speakers have no clue to what they are already doing and have been doing. There question is still why are they here? Lets talk about the truth behind all this.
