.This is a guided 20 min forest walk for destressing. I show you how to program your brain to be happy, relaxed, and content. It's not easy turning the gears inside your brain to change the way you feel, but it can be done. You'll have to practice this on a regular basis over time to train yourself to relax and be happier, but every time you do it will get easier. There's something incredibly powerful about being in this forest that helps me de-stress and focus my thoughts so that I can figure out what's causing me stress or making me feel sad.  It's harder when I'm around all kinds of people like at work and around the city, but in the forest I feel more grounded and focused.
