Galatians 3:13 King James Version
13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

THROUGH THE ONE WHO BECAME CURSED FOR US. GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA EVERYBODY!!!

Allow me to ask this:

How does Numbers 24 help you see the Christmas story differently?

How might it change the way you act when you encounter people opposing the work of God?

I found these questions very thoughtful, because well I know this particular story, I am still learning to understand it. One of the things I see in this is how an opportunistic, Pagan the prophet, who seemed to have a deep, intimate knowledge of God, was still used of God to not only bless Israel but proclaim the coming Messiah. That despite the intent of cursing God's chosen people, it not only backfired, but I believe proclaimed the One who would break the curse of sin forever.

I think that's why I'd like to share some thoughts that God has put on my heart concerning this passage of scripture, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight. I encourage you to listen to what is being shared in this vlog, because I believe that God can bring about good from evil, and that He did so in the ultimate way, through sending us Jesus. Come join me in this vlog and learn more about the one who became cursed for us, so that we could be set free from the curse of sin! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to challenge you to think about these questions from this morning's devotional, and to look at the Christmas story through the lens of having been set free from the curse of sin, and I pray that you'll share that good news with others. I especially pray that when you encounter those who oppose the work of God, those who are opportunistic false prophets, as well as those who blatantly, and proudly oppose you for your faith, whether it's through establishing unjust laws, or flaunting their sin in front of you, that you respond to what they do with compassion, grace, and kindness. Remember what Colossians 4:6, as well as I Peter 3:15 states in this matter, and refused to respond to the unkindness with unkindness, but with grace, compassion, and love. Who knows, you may be used of God to bring them to Christ!

UNTIL WEDNESDAY:

HAVE A PEACEFUL AND RESTFUL EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
