This Bonbon method is a LeeAnnah's Creations origianl, the filling is from Jill Dalton's "Chocolate Layer" in her "Peanut Butter Cup Fudge" recipe.
🍫 Bonbon Filling:
Jill Dalton's "chocolate layer" from her "Peanut Butter Cup Fudge" (https://plantbasedcookingshow.com/2020/02/06/vegan-peanut-butter-cup-fudge/) , done exactly according to directions in her recipe and rolled into balls that fit to your size candy mold.
🍫 Coating:
Melt your choice of chocolate chips - either in 20 second intervals in the microwave or over a steaming pot of water in a heat tolerant bowl.
🍫 Spoon a tiny bit of the melted chocolate into the mold, then dip your ball into the melted chocolate - doing it this way will ensure you get the pretty result desired. I got mixed results because I didn't put the melted chocolate in the mold first. If it sticks out of the mold after gently forming it into the mold, carefully cut the excess off.
