Don't Manipulate or Try to Get Rid of Emotions: Sincere Permission is Win-Win for You & Them

Emotions need to feel like you are genuinely interested in hearing and seeing them. They can see manipulation a mile away because the mind cannot outsmart itself and emotions are an extension of mind. Trying to get rid of them only solidifies their presence because their message still hasn't been heard. They will only pass through us once their message has been properly delivered to the one who is observing.
