For the episode I am observing the health benefits from walking. So first I go into what is walking from a definition standpoint before going into how our legs formed. This is from a biological standpoint. Then I discuss how long we have walked as humans. That proceeds into learning how we walk as people starting from infancy. Here next is where I go into health benefits. Now, as we age, there is different reactions that walking has on the body. For some of you trying to understand places where we walk the most and least on earth, I explain that as well. From here, what will we evolve into and how technology effects our bodily movements.
