00:06:00 ~ For several show I have been attempting to direct listeners to a big conclusion concerning an issue with the Muncie, Indiana Mayor Dan Ridenour... now... that is not to say I have always been against him! I haven't! I use to be on his side and in 2018 & 19 I supported him and pushed him for Mayor! But several issues lead me away!

00:10:03 ~ A close friend (Sarah Beach) told me I was wrong about supporting Ridenour for Mayor in 2019... but I didn't listen! That said, I don't have a problem telling the world she was right!

00:14:36 ~ I wanted to cover all of what I'm covering here, last week... but I got sick and things slowed way down! But then today the City sent out a reply to an email I sent... and the reply was absolutely beyond snarky... it was out of line, it was uncalled for... it was gross! (Stay with me... you'll get to hear it in a bit).

00:17:32 ~ There is a difference between illegal & unethical, illegal & immoral... there's a difference between: legal & illegal corruption.

00:18:08 ~ Mayor Ridenour is a "huckster"...

00:21:07 ~ It was interesting to see how many people was at the announcement party for his 2019 run... vs how many was (or was not) there for the 2023 Re-election announcement! VERY TELLING! And he is bothered by it!

00:23:22 ~ In the upcoming year I will lay out all of the issues and all of the wrongs that Muncie Mayor Dan Ridenour has been the cause of! BUT THIS SHOW... IS ABOUT THE AGREEMENT THAT WAS MADE AT 100 W. WASHINGTON ST.... ALL THE MONEY THE CITY IS/HAS BEEN PAYING OUT... THE LONG TERM CONTRACTS HE HAS ENTERED THE CITY INTO... & THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION, TRANSPARENCY &/OR ACCOUNTABILITY! AND I HAVE RECEIPTS!

00:28:46 ~ City Controller Craig Wright speaking to the Muncie Board of Works (BOWs) during their Meeting on 12.07.22. STRANGE! This is the same meeting that the BOWs wanted to shut me down in.

00:37:01 ~ Text from BOWs Pres. Linda Gregory to the Controller asking about this very same payment issue on 12.04.22.

00:40:36 ~ Controller Wright speaking to the Muncie Re-Development Commission (MRC) during their Meeting on 12.15.22. ALSO STRANGE!

00:49:33 ~ Controller Wright & the BOWs say that the MRC handled this situation and would be responsible for the payments! MRC acts like they had no clue.

00:50:16 ~ I spoke at the BOWs meeting on 12.14.22 & I laid out my concerns!

00:56:17 ~ Mayor speaks to the BOWs for 50 seconds on 10.27.21. He says NOTHING!

01:01:40 ~ Economic Development Agreement signed on 10.19.21 by the City (Mayor), DAC (Jay Julian) & the Developers. This lays out the details of the deal the monies and long term contracts!

01:34:00 ~ THE CITY'S OUT OF CONTROL REPLY! I'M WAY DISAPPOINTED IN THE COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR!
