An elderly woman went viral on TikTok after berating an employee that wouldn’t let her exchange her used underwear. In a video recorded by a store employee, the woman was seen trying to reach over the customer service counter to grab a stack of clothing that she wanted to exchange other clothes for. Another employee snatched the clothes away, and asked the shopper to leave. “Leave my store, goodbye,” she told her. “Leave my store, ma’am. I’m telling you, I’m not the one you want to do this with.”
