Squats are one of the simplest exercises, and the health and strength gains are evident. However, there are a few safety precautions to consider:
1. Important main is to warm up before starting.
2. Learn the fundamentals of squat exercise.
3. Do not work out too quickly or with too much weight.
4. Alter your posture when standing with your feet 20 degrees apart and shoulder-width apart.
5. It is recommended that you wear weightlifting sports shoes with high heels rather than running shoes.
