In 2007 they flipped their first house and made $17,000. On their second flip, we profited $33,000 in 33 days. That’s when they knew they were on to something.

They always wanted to help people, so when they proved the model, they set to do just that by offering and teaching their successful formula. They wanted to show other people how to change their lives as they changed their lives through Real Estate Investing.

They’ve now flipped over 1000 houses and counting. They didn’t have a formal education in real estate investing, but their knowledge comes from hands-on real-life experience, the school of hard knocks, and a strong desire for a better life for themselves and their family.

They just knew there had to be more to life than a 9-5 job. They set fear aside and pursued their goals. They are so glad we pushed through the doubt, and fear, because it’s given them a life they are grateful for and proud of.
