Things in our new location -- Castillejos, Subic, Luzon, Philippines-- aren't as convenient as it was for us in Saigon. There we were a 5 min walk to a huge supermarket, and stores, coffee shops and restaurants were everywhere.
Here you have to plan your days and your transportation arrangements. There are no Grab or Gojek cars in our area. You are pretty much limited to motorcycle trikes and jeepneys. But it is nice living in the countryside -- very quiet and we really love the animals --- its different for sure but a nice lifestyle change.
