Becker's Easy Eats S02E10: Easy Chocolate Cake

This is my very first attempt to make a chocolate cake with chocolate butter cream icing. It came out really well! The cake was moist and fluffy, the icing was melt-in-your-mouth great! I only had one slice although I was very tempted to have more. I know I will tomorrow! Try this recipe yourself!

Update: The baking time is 25 - 30 minutes. I forgot to add that in the video!

Easy Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:

Cake-
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour (187.5g)
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda (NOT powder)
½ tsp salt
1 tsp instant coffee powder
1 cup water
6 tbsp light olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract

Icing-
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp cocoa powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk
