Russian claims fighter pilot shot down Ukrainian aircraft

This footage released by The Russian Ministry of Defence reportedly shows a Russian Fighter Pilot shooting a Ukrainian aircraft out of the sky in a unknown location.

The footage shows the Pilot preps his jet before taking off. A yellow glowing missile can be seen firing from the jet later in the footage. The footage does not show any contact between the Ukrainian aircraft and the missile and cannot be verified.
