🔥 Raspberry chia seed pudding Weight loss recipe!
Chia seeds are nutrient dense and support health and weight loss. Easy to make in just few minutes. quick and easy breakfast. Dairy free and vegan.
Chia pudding for weight loss. This pudding is loaded with protein, fibre and omega-3s.
1 cup (250ml) milk of choice
1 cup (250ml) raspberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)
1 tablespoon (15ml) melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
1 tablespoon (15ml) maple syrup
4 tablespoons (60ml) unsoaked chia seeds
Add all the ingredients, except the chia seeds, in a blender or immersion blender. Add chia seeds. Stir with a fork. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Serve and enjoy!
