Sharing with you guys a quick mobility flow that you can do before or after your workouts, or even daily just to keep your body moving and blood flowing.
Since we are all stuck at home, basically seating in front of our work spaces or in bed watching movies or reading books, this flow will be a nice addition to keep our bodies active.
