In this video, I discuss the risks of leaving your Bitcoin on an exchange. Your account can be frozen by the government or company, or the Bitcoin can be stolen and there may not be enough insurance coverage to make you whole.

Further, Coinbase has just disclosed that any Bitcoin stored on their exchange could be liquidated and used to pay off creditors in the event of bankruptcy.
