Sandy Denny (1947-1978) was one of the leading figures in British folk rock in the late 1960's and the 1970's. Robert Plant (Led Zeppelin) has described her as one of his favorite singers.

Sandy Denny released this album in 1971 on A&M Records, catalogue number SP-4317. As far as I can tell it has been deleted from the A&M Records catalogue but has been re-released on vinyl by a re-issue label. The audio here was taken from a 1971 Canadian pressing of the original A&M Records vinyl LP. This particular copy was originally released has a "Promotional Copy - Not For Sale". I found it recently in a local second hand record store.
