A new report from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development estimates that more than 580,000 people were experiencing homelessness on a single night in January 2022. Now the Biden administration is announcing a new plan to help address the problem. Greg Kim, who reports on homelessness for the Seattle Times, joins CBS News' John Dickerson with more.
