On May 10, 2022, the Housing & Zoning Committee of the Bronx Community Board 10 hosted a public meeting, during which they discussed a controversial Bruckner Boulevard development proposal that would require an amendment to current zoning. Another development was discussed after that.

Later in the meeting, the process for notifying the community about development plans was discussed. You can see the discussion at 36:38.

Committee members voted Yes on a resolution to draft a letter of disapproval to the City of New York City Planning Commission on the matter of Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP) application C220007ZMX, the Bruckner Sites Rezoning application. The letter will be forwarded to the full board for approval.

We regret not having captured the very beginning of the meeting, which reportedly included a member of the public speaking in favor of the development and highlighting its inclusion of affordable housing.
